POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUTION Y REEMBOLSO / RETURN AND REFUND POLITIC

EXCEPCIONES - ARTÍCULOS NO RETORNABLES / EXCEPTIONS - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Lamentablemente, no podemos aceptar devoluciones de artículos en oferta o Tarjetas de Regalo.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or Gift Cards.

Los aretes son VENTA FINAL y no son RETORNABLES por motivos de higiene.

The earrings are FINAL SALE and are NOT RETURNABLE for hygiene reasons.

DEVOLUCIÓN Y REEMBOLSO / RETURN AND REFUND

No ofrecemos reembolsos en EFECTIVO. En su lugar, proporcionamos CRÉDITO en la tienda para devoluciones elegibles.

We do not offer CASH refunds. Instead, we provide store CREDITS for eligible returns.

PRODUCTO DEFECTUOSOS / DAMAGES PRODUCT

Inspeccione su pedido al recibirlo y contáctenos si el artículo está defectuoso o, dañado o si recibe el artículo incorrecto, para que podamos evaluar el problema y solucionarlo. Contáctenos a través de info@gemma-collection.com con la siguiente informacion:

  • información de la orden (número de orden)
  • evidencia de artículo dañado/defectuoso o incorrecto (foto o video)
  • breve descripción de lo que sucede con el artículo para nosotros poder determinar si cualifica o no para recibir el crédito en la tienda

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at info@gemma-collection.com with the following information:

  • your order information (name, last name and order number)
  • evidence of damage/broken or incorrect item (photo or video)
  • brief description of what happens to the item so we can determine whether you qualify for a store credit.

El periodo de reclamación es de dos (2) días. Si han pasado dos (2) días desde que su compra es marcada como entregada en el sistema, lamentablemente no podemos ofrecerle un crédito en la tienda.

The claim period is two (2) days. If two (2) days have passed since your purchase was marked as delivered in the system, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a store credit.

ARTÍCULOS ESCOGIDOS EQUIVOCADAMENTE / WRONGLY CHOSEN ITEMS

Solo ofrecemos crédito a la tienda si el artículo está dañado o defectuoso según los términos mencionados anteriormente. Lamentablemente, no podemos ofrecer un crédito por un artículo que fue escogido incorrectamente, ya sea por tamaño, color o cualquier otra variante.

We only offer store credit if the item is damage or defective according to the terms mentioned above. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a credit for an item that was chosen incorrectly whether due to size, color or any other variant.

REEMBOLSOS (CRÉDITO) (Si aplica) / REFUNDS (CREDIT) (If it applies)

Una vez que se reciba y revise su solicitud para recibir un crédito en la tienda, le enviaremos un correo electrónico notificando la aprobación o rechazo de su solicitud. De ser aprobado, recibirá en ese correo electrónico la información correspondiente para que pueda redimir el crédito otorgado.

NOTE: Tenga en cuenta que los gastos de envío no son reembolsables. Si recibe un crédito, no se incluirán los gastos de envío originales.

Once your application to receive store credit is received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your application. If approved, you will receive the corresponding information in that email so that you can redeem the credit granted.

NOTE: Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the original shipping charges will not be included.

ENVÍO DE DEVOLUCIÓN / RETURN SHIPPING

Si es elegible para un reembolso de crédito debido a un artículo defectuoso o dañado, le proporcionaremos más instrucciones sobre el proceso de envío de devolución. Usted será responsable de enviarnos los artículos, incluidas las tarifas de envío asociadas.

If you are eligible for a credit refund due to a defective or damaged item, we will provide you with further instructions regarding the return shipping process. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, including any associated shipping fees.
